Lay Leaders and Ushers Needed
Would you like to volunteer on Sundays only? Well, here’s your chance! We are looking for some folks willing to lend a hand.
Layleaders: Read the call to worship and scripture readings, plus a couple more selections during the service. Sunday readings are emailed to you during the week so you can prepare. If you are interested in being a lay leader, please contact Molly Cherry at 503-644-4635.
Ushers: We are also looking for a few head ushers–it’s easy! Just pick a week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or occasional 5th week) and agree to show up! Judy Thomson will be there to show you what to do. Judy will sub for you any time something comes up. Ushering consists of just a few tasks each week (C’mon, you can do it!).
