Summer vacation, along with the summer heat, is well underway here in India. After a refreshing week in Florida to attend an orphan care conference and see family at the beginning of May, I returned to ASHALAYA children’s home and resumed my summer classes for the girls. The younger girls are thrilled to get to do tutoring classes like their big sisters. And thanks to Vicki March’s donation of a netbook, I’ve been able to start a typing class for a few of the oldest girls to help prepare them for future careers. I’ve also been enjoying regular trips to a park nearby with the girls – with an occasional stop for ice cream!! Please continue to keep me and ASHALAYA in your prayers.
Thank you, and may God bless you!
