We are one step closer to beginning the project to replace Southminster’s flat roof sections. The lower windows in the Loft window-wall have been removed and the height of the solid wall area increase to accommodate the increased height of our coming insulated roof. Inside finishing will be completed as soon as new, double-paned windows are installed in the upper portion of the Loft wall.
The Loft work means that we are now ready for Griffith Roofing to begin re-roofing when weather and scheduling allow. Yippee!
