HAVE YOU HEARD….You don’t have to refuse jury duty just because you cannot hear well. The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination based on mental or physical disability in gaining access to public services. If you are appearing in court in any role (litigant, juror or witness) you should make a request to the court as early as possible.
